Minerva HJuly 10, 2013Try the Mapo tofu! While it doesn't swim in chili sauce and ground pork like its Sichuanese counterpart, it delivers a flavorful garlicky punch. Also, don't hesitate to ask for panfried dumplings.

They changed their English name again. It was Big Wong. Then it was Hing Huang. Now it is Pang Huang.
