If you're in the neighbourhood (and God knows why you'd be here!), Togoshi Park is a nice stop to relax (and find your way home). Note the turtles in the pond, but don't fish here as it's illegal.

熊本藩細川家の戸越屋敷として整備された庭園。後に松江藩松平家、上山藩松平家などを経て、松平隠岐守こと伊予松山藩久松家の下屋敷となりました。元の戸越屋敷 (と、それを引き継いだ戦前の三井邸) は文庫の森北西角から豊町 2-6 南東角に相当する広大な敷地を持っていて、池のサイズも現在の 2 倍近くあったようです。

本当に素敵な場所。癒されます。小さな渓谷があります。夏場はとても涼しいです。鯉と亀がたくさんいます。犬は入れない場所が多いです。

肥後熊本藩から石見浜田藩、伊予松山藩に引継がれた郊外の別荘的な戸越屋敷の跡。築山、池泉もあり大名庭園だった面影を残している。

中央に池泉、築山もあり渓谷もある。ミニ池泉回遊式庭園の面影を残し、ここがかつては大名屋敷、大名庭園だったことを感じられる公園です。

地元民憩いの場所。大きな池には鴨が来るし、鯉も鳩も亀もいます。とってものんびり時間が過ぎて行く公園。
