Even though the wait isn't that long if you're planning on going to Koto it's a good idea to make reservations. Fried rice and filet mignon is definitely a must fit meat lovers!

Benihana-like but half the price with a local feel. Don't go if you're in a hurry, go with a group. It's a social atmosphere. 2 words: sake bombs
