- Nicha G.September 25, 2015Good atmosphere. I had kimchi ramen. I like all stuff they put in the bowl but the broth was too salty for me. My husband had duck ramen he likes it especially they put apple and arugula as a topping
- Vegetarians! Get the Spicy Chicken, sub tahini broth and fried tofu for chicken. It's UNREAL and better than the veggie ramen on the menu.
- EaterJanuary 3, 2014This spot dishes out outstanding ramen dishes, noodles bowls, and spectacular kimchi stew. In a modern decor, Uncle is a great choice for a casual dinner packed with Momofuku-inspired flavors.
- Tee TranNovember 22, 2013The only sign for this restaurant is on the glass door. You won't be seated until your entire party arrives. Try the brussel sprouts, shrimp/pork belly buns & the spicy chicken ramen. Enjoy!
- EaterOctober 8, 2013The Momofuku-esk dishes at Tommy Lee's LoHi noodle shop are still just as popular as they were when the restaurant opened last year. Must try: kimchi ramen. [Eater 38 Member]
- RaynaMarch 19, 2015Got the chasu ramen a couple months ago with the spicy bacon jam. Me and my boyfriend were pretty much crying it was so good. Worth the wait and we had fun at the bar watching them make our food!
- Katie H.November 11, 2017Pork belly buns and duck ramen were both savory and delicious. The staff should ask people who are done eating & then talk for an hour to clear out a table. Skip the two hour wait and order take out.
- Darlene TempletonFebruary 8, 2014the shrimp steamed buns were yummy!!Loved the spicy mayo on them. My friend had the duck ramen; it was great!!I was so jealous. I had the miso ramen, it was good but I regretted not getting the duck
- Brandon AnamierJune 4, 2015If you are vegetarian order the cold spicy sesame noodles, sub crispy tofu! The Yuzu Sour cocktail is on my bucket list of best Denver cocktails as well! Come eat here and tip FAT!
- Don't sleep on the edamame and chilled tofu. They're both amazing — Also there is always a wait...so plan for a beer or two at Highland Tap & Burger once you're on the list.
- Megan HaeffeleOctober 15, 2017I didn't think I cared much for ramen until Uncle. The spicy chicken bowl blew my mind. Still dreaming about that broth and those delicious noodles.
- Denver WestwordAugust 5, 2014People from northwest Denver as well as across town crowd the cramped, counter-driven storefront eatery, eager to try everything on the limited menu Read more
- Steve SamsonOctober 25, 2021I gravitate toward the Spicy Chicken Ramen and the Cold Noodle Bowls (they used to make a spicy cashew chicken cold noodle bowl you might be able to ask for)
- Nicole BinuyaApril 25, 2019Any choice is a good choice. Come early or be ready to wait though! It's popular for a reason. (I would recommend the pork belly bao or duck ramen.)
- Kaila MazzyFebruary 2, 2016This is the best ramen that you can get in Denver. I highly suggest getting any and everything, it is a bit pricey but well worth it.
- DavidJune 8, 2018Enjoyed the Duck ramen, and softshell crab steamed buns. Creative and tasty cocktails; 'Spicy Mule' and 'Modern Whiskey' were exceptional.
- The Kimchi is a must! Also, try the brussels sprouts and do not skip out on one of the steamed bums. I suggest the pork belly. Yes, you'll leave quite full!
- Sofia FigueroaNovember 6, 2015Chasu ramen w/ 7 spice chichi sauce & unfiltered sake! Long wait, they'll text you when your table is ready. Head down the street to Williams & Graham speakeasy for a cocktail.
- Ashley DelehantyFebruary 6, 2018BEST RAMEN IN DENVER! GO RIGHT AT 4:45 otherwise there will be a wait.
- Kevin RipperApril 6, 2015Yes it's really trying to be Momofuku. Yes it isn't exactly as authentic as it is hip. Yes it tastes fucking great. If it tastes good, authenticity be damned.
- Erica WenzelSeptember 3, 2014BBQ Bun, spicy chicken ramen and hipsters, in quaint highlands neighborhood. Very pleased with the service, atmosphere and meal. Kinda pricy for me though.
- Ivan KarpanSeptember 30, 2014Spicy chicken ramen is a must! Get some lager or ale to work through the spicy part
- AshaJuly 30, 2017Beware Friday and Saturday nights the wait is around 2 hours. Pork belly buns and spicy chicken ramen (not actually spicy but tasty) are good.
- The chili mazeman ramen is a very tasty dish with just the right amount of spice. But beware, there's no broth. It's almost more of a stir fry style. Still worth it!!
- Heather NorthMarch 21, 2017Unless you get here well before open, be prepared to wait. But it's worth it! Skip the pricey drinks and get more tasty food instead.
- Best ramen in Denver so far. Super crowded. Go during a weeknight or have a drink next door.
- Get here really early. No Reservations taken, and waits are frequently long, long. If you want it fast...order takeout.
- Germaine BaronFebruary 16, 2014It was good, but it really doesn't compare at all to ramen in Japan and Okinawa the broth is really missing something. I would still recommend it to friends.
- Christine HOctober 19, 2014Good noodle bowls, but pricey with a long wait. My non-spicy dish was spicier than the dish the waiter warned us about. Excellent service though!
- Nick DavisOctober 28, 2014AMAZING ramen and atmosphere. This place gets really busy so get there early.
- Do yourself a favor and get some shrimp or pork belly steamed buns.
- Garrett MotznerSeptember 3, 2019Good ramen indeed, super friendly staff. Good place for eating solo.
- Brandon MakesJuly 19, 2018A ramen spot that basically is a carbon copy of Momofuku in NYC. Really good.
- Ridiculously good chicken ramen, but you'll have to wait.
- Lots of potential - noodle bowls are HUGE. Crab Tots order is almost too much for two people, but tasty!
- Richard BellenbaumApril 19, 2017I don't like their Ramen. Place is absurdly packed all the time. Takes like 20 minutes just to pickup takeout (even when you arrive 10 minutes after it is supposed to be ready).
- Patrick HackettSeptember 23, 2012You can't lose with the pork steamed buns. Bibimbap is another fantastic choice.
- Sit at the bar and watch the chefs make every dish. Really cool.
- Lee BleyApril 3, 2013Order a bottle of sake but beware of sodium overload. Good...but not sure it lived up to the recent hype...
- Chin Don SangJanuary 3, 2017If you're looking for a good ramen, please visit Tokio. I queued for 2 hours for a disappointment.
