Most unique bars on tap. Friendly knowledgeable bartenders and a great vibe. Can get crowded on weekends but generally manageable. Tattoo art on the walls is a cool touch.

Fantastic beer selection, especially if you are looking for something other than an IPA or a stout. Go here after work on a weeknight. Busy on weekends but on weeknights it's a great quiet spot.
Perpetually people-stuffed, and for good reason. Call me a noob, but place has the most interesting (and constantly rotating l) selection of drafts I've seen yet.

Popped by in the afternoon for a good local beer and was impressed. Great selection, attentive bartender, and good bar and people. Lots of sours. Will definitely be back

Beer bar for beer lovers. Very unique beer finds. Tell the bartender what you want and they'll give you a great reco. Some of the friendliest bartenders I've ever met in the city- Amazing beer selection - always cool things on tap that you won't find anywhere else. Knowledgeable staff and love the tattoo art on the walls. Solid date spot.

The number one rule at Proletariat: Trust your bartender. At this mecca for "rare, new and unusual" beer, the tap lines change at a dizzying pace. Luckily, the staff here is the best guide imaginable.

brutal 20 dollar credit card minimum that the very nice bartender immediately offered to void. The "king wavy" beer was among the best I've ever had.
