If you haven't visited the train station, you should go back to Porto and visit it. It's breathtaking. Come here early to avoid the crowds

Why rent a car for day trips from Porto if you can get there by train? Tickets are cheap, trains are clean and on time, and the railway personnel looks really sharp in their italian style suits.

The lockers here are convenient but fill up quickly! I wish we'd left our bags in the lockers at the lello bookstore!

The main train station in Porto. The architecture inside is quite nice, so just pop your head in if you're walking by.

A belíssima estação vale a pena ser visitada, tem imensos painéis de azulejos, foi considerada das mais belas do mundo. Fica muito perto da Sé do Porto, aproveite e visite a Sé também.

If you’re coming from Lisbon to São Bento note that you may be asked to leave the train one stop before the destination and take another connection for 1 more station travel to São Bento
