This is the last Station that BART considers to be 'in the city' so you will use cash fare on your clipper card past here and not the Muni A Monthly Pass with BART in the city added on, so beware!

For people living in Colma and Daly City: this is the best station to leave your car if you have an early morning shift. Abundant parking by the bridge and it's free. Just be there before 6am.

The main CCSF campus is a 9 minute walk from the Balboa Park BART station. Spare the air. Take public transit instead of driving.

If you are unfamiliar with BART and on a Daly City train, listen to the operator when they say to get off and stay on this side for a train that goes to SFO, because it is a hassle to switch in DC.

Transfer here. It's easy since there are only two platforms. One going North, and the other going South.

Of the five machines at this station, only the one on the far left accepts credit cards.

There are only two lines here (North and South), so wait at the same spot you get off at when switching to a different train going in the same direction.

Don't miss your train while staring at your phone. The stone benches will give you piles.
