Great sandwiches for reasonable prices. Crisp bread, good ingredients and great flavors. If you get the extra cilantro, you'll get an awesome cilantro bomb. Would go more if I lived closer!

Spring vegetable『春野菜』with hummus is quite nice—light and fresh with a good variety of veggies. Carrot cake is good; not too sweet with warm spices and a classic cream cheese icing.

All their Vietnamese Banh Me sandwiches are great. Get there early if you want extra coriander/cilantro they run out quickly.

Quite possibly the best Vietnamese sandwich in Tokyo! Tastes great even after being refrigerated for 4 days! Just reheat it in the microwave for 1 min on high power!

海老＆アボカドミニ 350円。ベトナムハム＆レバーペーストに次ぐ、2番人気。ハーフサイズのフランスパンに、自家製のアジアンマヨネーズであえられた海老、アボカド、なます、パクチーが挟まれている。パンはもっちりとしていて弾力があり、自家製マヨネーズが美味しい。パン・具材ともにすべて手作り。ミニにはパクチー追加ができないが、言えば少し多めにして貰える。

券売機で食券を買って渡すと番号札をくれます。パクチー増しや辛味増し等の券も有り。混雑時は券売機の順番待ちと番号呼び待ちが入り乱れるので注意が必要です。店前に2列ベンチがありますが、並んでいる人でゴチャゴチャするので視線と順番待ちのプレッシャーに負けない力が必要です。

パンがパリパリで美味しい。ベトナムハム&パテは本場の味に近いというよりレバーの風味がくっきりなので高質を感じさせる。その他盛り付けの酢漬け大根と人参、パクチー、チリソースは本場の味をリマインドしてくれる（笑）。次回はチキンとビーフを味わいたい。

予め、香菜と青唐辛子を購入＆下処理してから、店でチリソースタイプを注文します。好きなだけトッピング出来ます。(^_^;)

ベトナムハム&レバーペースト+パクチー増量(¥550)-肉類の存在感かなり有り満足度高い。レバーの味わいも濃い。パクチー増量でアジア度Up。
