Great for a lot of things, but if you want much lower prices on gourmet cheeses, local dairy, breads, grass fed beef, fresh seafood, etc - do yourself a favor and go to Villa Gourmet in downtown.

They break down the buffet food kind of at random times, even if people are still filling up their containers, so don't count on it being there after a late night at work.
