The so-called Pittsburgh bar. The owner, Giovanni, is a friend of a Post-Gazette sports writer and spends time in Pittsburgh. They show PGH games on a projector. Good beer selection, free peanuts.

Fun little American sports bar. Owner allowed us to count our own drinks. Pretty cool dude, despite being a Steelers fan.

WHY THERE: local and European craft. DRINKS: owkay. LOCATION: close to mainstream (relatively convenient). PRICES: higher average (unreasonable)
