- Bak kut teh (pork ribs soup). Morning Bak Kut Tea #01-72 serves a substantial breakfast offering. Theirs is braised with light soy sauce, a welcome change fr ur usual herbal peppery BKT. Nice!
- HerWorldPlus recommends: WTM fr Ji Ji Wanton Specialist #48, Tuck Kee Ipoh Sah Hor Fun #40 (prawn, clams, crayfish), mee siam fr Sungei Road Trishaw Laksa #66, Ah Heng Curry Chicken Bee Hoon Mee #58Upvoted Mar 17
- Having tried the prawn noodle & pig's tail soup from stall #02-60 & #02-68 respectively, stall #02-68 wins for prawn noodle (soup more flavorful) while stall #02-60 wins for pig's tail soup.
- Sotong (squid) ball seafood soup. Unique offering from Dong Fang Hong #01-47. $4.50 for smallest bowl but generous ingredients. Standard 3 types: sotong, fish & meat balls, unless u specify preference
- Vegetarian options: Chinese specialty, yong tau foo, local snacks & desserts, fruits, yam cake, chee cheong fun (rice rolls), beancurd, muffin, curry puff, lontong, peanut pancake
- Chicken rice. Good value for a set meal from Yong Kee Different Taste Hainanese Chicken Rice 02-24. For S$4, you get a serving of chicken (choice of boiled or roasted), rice, vegetables, pickles, soup
- Traditional kaya toast. Enjoyed the local toast @ Kaya Kaya #01-71. Kaya (local egg custard) was light, not overly sweet. Generous slices of butter. $2.80 together with a hot beverage (try local kopi)
- TingFebruary 9, 2017The duck rice/ noodle/ kway chap from stall #02-18 near the char kway teow falls under the radar but is really worth a try. Other standout is Cantonese Delights whose noodles is much better than QiJi.
- Specialty Dry Chilli Noodle ($5) from Noodle Memories 02-27 was delicious! Enjoyed the distinct flavours. Mix all the ingredients together & enjoy. U may want to balance the extra spicy chilli sauce
- #stervylicious #prawnmee .the secret is in the soup- well simmered with taste of sweet prawn meat. The noodles are silky smooth & The ingredient is decent n fresh. Must try ! Hoe Lee prawn mee - #02-26
- Chicken curry noodles. Ah Heng #02-58 offers a curry base that is less spicy than Heng Kee downstairs (if u don't add their chilli sauce). Good till the very last drop👍🏻
- Roasted meats. Char siew (BBQ pork) & sio bak (roasted pork) from The Legend #01-50 are good, above average, I'd say. Well caramelised, tender. Roasted pork skin was crunchy
- Lor mee ($5). Forgettable bowl from Chuan Bee #02-54. Of all the toppings, I only recognised sliced braised pork & fishcakes. The fried “fish” nugget & fried yam balls were not nice to bite into
- Curry chicken noodles. Heng Kee 01-58 serves a generous and tasty bowl. Their curry base is thick and flavourful. For added spicy kick, add the chilli sauce
- Nasi Lemak. Enjoyed a serving from Hengli Kampung Nasi Lemak #02-69. Chilli is the savoury style. Since they serve Nasi Padang too, asked for & enjoyed their curry. A complete set 😋
- Wantan Mee. The noodles from Cantonese Delights #02-03 were springy, a delight to bite. Coupled with sweet char siew slices (BBQ pork) & wantans with bits of water chestnuts, & we hv a winner
- Sliced fish soup. Tasty seafood soup from Chai Kee #01-69. Thick slices of fish. Lots of vege. A slice of ginger for added heat. This bowl $5
- Bak chor mee (minced pork noodles). Decent bowl from Ah Kow Mushroom Minced Pork Mee #02-42. Compared to nearby Tai Wah #02-16, this bowl lacks the heady umami. Smallest serving $5
- Braised duck rice. Expect clean flavours from An Kee 02-18. A decent alternative when their popular neighbouring stalls (minced meat noodles, fried kway teow) have long queues
- Local toast breakfast. Dong Sheng #02-20 offers this typical breakfast set: standard beverage, kaya-butter toast & soft-boiled eggs set for $2.80
- Roasted meats. Lee Kheong Roasted Delicacy #02-15 is so popular that his limited roasted offerings are sold out by 1pm-1:30pm during work day lunch daily
- Prawn Noodles. Unimpressed with Hoe Lee #02-26. Prawn soup while flavourful, was diluted & could do with more aroma. $4 got me 2 prawns, halved & pork slices
- Braised duck rice. An Kee #02-18 serves a decent aromatic plate, although they could reduce the salt for their herbal soup
- TingAugust 22, 2014Hawker centre with lots of good local food here. Will not go wrong with the ones with a queue. Most hawkers operate only during the day for lunch. Dinner time is deserted.

- MACJune 28, 2023Tuck Kee crayfish and prawn horfun has good 3 crayfish halves and 2 prawns. However, don't expect real Ipoh horfun taste. Gravy is brown and thick.
- Duck rice. Ah Heng Duck Rice 02-64 dishes out lean cuts that taste just right. Not overly marinated nor herbal. Sauce is oily though. Served without soup
- Mee Siam. Get a bowl from Famous Sungei Road Trishaw Laksa #02-66. They add coconut milk for a tinge of creaminess
- Nigel KerstenNovember 21, 2015So much great local food. Better options than anything near the temple and Chinatown flea market nearby. Full of locals.
- Delish KL-style pan mee and the beancurd stall that’s hidden in a corner inside. Support young hawkers and their food!

- Kars AlfrinkJanuary 23, 2016Gets pretty fucking busy during weekday lunch hour. For good reason. The wantan mee at stall 48 is indeed the bees knees.
- Jason LimDecember 8, 2014Drink best kopieren at the corner store on 2nd floor beside the curry mee stall. Cheap and good. Kopi O kosong at $0.60. Where to find.
- Linh PhamAugust 31, 2014Curry Chicken. It is busy during lunch hours for local. Stick with places with long lines, it is worth it.
- Ivan NJuly 10, 2016At least 4-5 award winning stalls under the roof, take your time to explore one by one.
- Torzin SMarch 28, 2015This food court has two floor, the layout is bit confusing, not enough cleaner so many tables left with dirty dishes; however food here is good and many shops are legendary among SG food scene.
- #stervylicious #currymee - best day! Curry chicken Mee... . If u wan a diff kinda curry Mee - try this stall. Its ping ping curry bee Hoon/Mee. #02-30
- Minced meat noodle. Sampled Teo Chew Minced Meat Noodle #02-42. I feel better to stick with Tai Wah despite the long wait. Fishballs were not firm. Wantan skin was thick. Vinegar lacked aroma
