Pet SSeptember 13, 2013While I still maintain hotels should include wifi for guests (because HELLO it's 2013) $20 a day by comparison to other hotels isn't bad. Also the rooms are lovely & the location is great. Happy.

- Do not try to het a taxi here, just walk up to George st. Rooms can feel dark since it is city center so request levels 26-31 for some blue sky, exec lounge is a distant second to sheraton on park.
If arriving via the pedestrianised Martin Place the entrance isn't very obvious: looks for the sign that says 1 and hotel. The reception will be at the far side of the beautiful lobby as you enter.
Francis SantosOctober 10, 2014Executive lounge breakfast not as good as mosaic breakfast. View is nice, but would rather have better food. The Exec room difference is leather seats and bed head. Service to room is quick.
Don't be fooled - if you're an SPG member just call to inquire about the wifi and they'll give it to you for free.

Nice lobby bar...enjoy the surroundings, drink orders take FOREVER! 15min and counting for one martini.
Don't expect free bottled water for SPG platinum members. They want you to drink the tap water, even if you are paying over $400 a night.

But I don't drink! OK we will refund it! Why didn't you call me? We didn't want you to pay roaming fees!

LeisaOctober 7, 2012Gym and pool closes at 6pm on a Sunday but 9pm through the week. Why? Would help if you were told that when you checked in.

- This is probably ground zero for Sydney CBD. It is 5minutes away from anything u need to do. A+ location
