- Angel LeonJune 16, 2014it's actually 500yen for the garden and 100 more for the temple, last tipper got lost in translation. You can chill in the temple's tatami, so it is absolutely worth the 600 for everything.

- Haley BMarch 11, 2015This place would be best when the gardens are in full bloom. Don't pay to go inside the building. It doesn't add much to the experience. Stick to the gardens then head to bamboo forest .
- 龍November 30, 2014天龍寺の庭園は曹源池を中心とした池泉回遊式庭園で、夢窓疎石の作庭。日本で一番最初の特別名勝及び史跡、法堂は釈迦三尊像 (重文) を本尊とし天井の雲龍図は有名。木造釈迦如来坐像 (大方丈安置)、遮那院御領絵図や往古諸郷館地之絵図 (以上重要文化財) 等、多数の文化財を所蔵。平成6年 (1994年) 【古都京都の文化財】 の一つとしてユネスコ世界遺産 (文化遺産) に登録されている。
- 龍December 1, 2014臨済宗天竜寺派の大本山であり山号は霊亀山、開山は足利尊氏と夢窓疎石、正称は天竜資聖禅寺。暦応2年 (1339年) 後醍醐天皇の菩提を弔うため足利尊氏が亀山殿の地に創建され、落慶供養は康永4年 (1345年) 行われた。足利将軍家と桓武天皇ゆかりの禅寺として壮大な規模と高い格式を誇り、京都五山の第一位。

- pedro ✪September 12, 2011생각보다는 그저 그런 사찰. 메이지시대 재건했다는 데 포인트가 있다. 젠스타일과 과대망상이 믹스된 느낌. 절에 왜 궁전에나 있는 정원이 있고 넓은 마루의 전각들이 있는지. 자꾸 궁전인줄 착각하게 됨
