Fantastic ramen, totally customizable -- choose broth strength, oil, onions, garlic, pork (or none), peppers, and noodle firmness. Broth is NOT super pork flavor, really lets everything else shine 😋

They have a 6th (sixth) floor restaurant in the same building with less of a line, the same food and experience. Get the Ichiran 5 and you can add things while waiting. Leave some broth for seconds!

Well worth the wait! The line may look long, but it goes by pretty quickly. It was my first time having Ichiran Ramen, but I chose ‘extra rich’ for richness. I recommend you to do so as well!

Great, ramen chain in Japan. Order at the vending machine, pick your preferences and wait to be seated. Water is free. Wait for you food to arrive through the shutter. Don’t go in a big group.

One of the best noodle experiences of my life. You eat in a little personal booth after putting your money into a machine. The noodles are completely made to order.

The ramen here was soooo good and it's great that you can customize it to your own taste. You choose your ramen and toppings, pay at the machine, and then fill out a form about the broth.

Hakata-style Ramen was awesome along for less than 1000 yen. The location at Spain zaka has a shorter line.

Heavenly tonkotsu ramen served here!! Rich and flavorful soup base, tender slice of braised pork belly, soft boiled egg with little runny and gooey soft egg yolk plus perfect ramen texture!

Really great thin noodle ramen! Medium spicy is good enough without being too spicy. I'd recommend the base ramen + extra chashu for the best value!

Great place, a bit hard to find. Buy your ticket from the machine downstairs and eat away. Delicious ramen served in a booth. Don't take photos or they will shut your screen!

Very unique place. Eating ramen at the separately sectioned bar table and ordering without a word or eye contact but written paper will be funny experience.

Expect lines even late at night, but the queue moves quickly. Don't be afraid of adding spice - it's quite ok up to level 2.

After buying food tickets and while waiting to be seated, you'll receive a form to complete. Highly recommend strongest and richest options for your broth! Green tea tofu was also bomb. Awesome/10

There are a bunch of these all over. Unique experience - open 24 hours and you'll eat by yourself in a booth with no face-to-face interactions. Very Japanese.

Ramen, has some kind of chilli with different level of spiciness. You can also customize the softness of noodle, garlic level, thickness of soup!

The “medium” spice level is pretty weak. And even though your initial spice selection is limited to a maximum level of 10, once seated you have the option to purchase more, up to a level 20.

Seriously good ramen. You can customize the fullness/spicyness of your broth. Also, it's possible to order a second portion of noodles. Expect a queue.
