Staft2 yg sgt membantu..peramah.. xkira..bgun pagi da lewat so da trlps bfst buffet we all take ala- carte..staff cafe busy preparing for lunch buffet but they serve us nicely ..will come back..

Stayed here for 20 days at the Club room. They have friendly staff. Love when they greet at you. Every 5.30pm we have a canapes and the menu always the same everyday which has to change. 4.5/5 rating

Nice hotel with great location. Easy navigation to Pavilion, Jalan Alor, street buskers, monorel. Room dimension just nice & the price are affordable. Friendly & helpful staff.

Found a groupon deal & decided to give it a try for dinner buffet for 2. Best selection of dinner salad! It's Halloween theme now & I wonder if tht's the reason for the hospital smell at the lobby?

Great location, good breakfast, clean and tidy, friendly staff. the only problem was that we should pull/push door of the room to be closed unless it would kept open.

Super comfy and clean, with nicely carpeted floors and finely decorated interior. The buffet was nice. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Great place to stay. Nice spacious rooms, service is great too. Affordable. Money well spent. Location is excellent, only a small walking distance to restaurants and shopping in Bukit Bintang.

Nice but too old for 5* hotel. I think it's more 4* quality. Wi-fi only in lobby and near of the pool. Who use the cable internet in our century???
