The best thing is its prayer room because it's directly connected to Al-Haram on praying times. Also in restaurantview, you may have eat the delicious meal while watching activities around Kaba 😊
One of best stays ever , I loved it and so my family. The view to haram and Kaaba was amazing and staff were very friendly and nice. It was a great experience
The place was amazing and the food and service was the best especially Riyas he was so helpful and welcoming so a special thanks to him for making this experience so much better
Professional staff good breakfast with stunning views of ka'aba, I realize that they have really good massage therapy in level M1. The only negative thing that the elevators is a bit confusing!
As always everything is perfect except that the highest floors not covered by 3G or 4G. The hotel gives complimentary WiFi connection. Fantastic Kaaba view.
Nice view from the window, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast. 5star for the interior design. They only thing is about the elevator very confusing -_- always get lost.
The best place to stay in the Holy City. The quality of food at the price they serve is not common in the 5 star hotels I have stayed.. They must have a very smart management in their F&B department.
I think its the best but .. Why the check in is at 5 pm !!! The rooms are really without a voice proof ! We can here everything in our neighbors room!!
I came back again after to give it a second chance, check-in was much better check out a little busier!! Staff still the same! You need to use 2 different elevators and walk for 7 mins to get to haram
I had to make access for the driverI went and gave them car number I waited for 50 min at the end I had to go my self all the way thru the parking to get him
Stayed for one day last year and would never repeat it again! Suites aren't spacious, service in general isn't appropriate and its location is too high.
We went on Umrah trip to Makkah and luckily we got accommodation in Royal Makkah tower in Fairmont. The hotel have all basics and modern amenities and it was wonderful stay there. 👍🏽
Our suite at Fairmont Makkah had an astounding view of the holy Kaaba 🕋. Few meters away from the haram and the ease of praying from the room gives you the optimum level of comfort .
If you are looking for a Kaaba view then you should book with the gold or royal floors. They offer a special treatment for those floors with free Arabic coffee, fruit basket & Arabic sweets every day
Over all, they are ok. I had a bad personal experience , but most of the people liked it here. Unfortunately, they don't have Kaabah view like the other hotel around on same category !
Stunning view, welcoming staff and comfortable stay. We performed all the prayers from the room. The only negative point is the misleading parking without signage.
Lot's of food to choose from. 😋 service is good also. Best advantage is the proximity to masjid al haraam. Having a good stay so far 😊.Well recommend 🇸🇦🇳🇬💯
THE best hotel in Makkah and the won many rewards as the best hotel in the Middle East and the whole world. The location is extraordinary, the service is on point and the staff are helpful
service takes the crown here! reception to housekeeping to restaurants are amazing! wish i could say the same about the rooms, mattresses have dents. television won’t turn off, windows are filthy
Not to Mention the overused couch and chairs, the fridge was empty, no one bothered to escort us to our rooms and the elevators game you have to play Every time you want to go to ur room or leave it!!
the elevators were not working and you'll strand at least 45 min for your left to arrive it takes more than an hour to move form your room to the haram
View is great but for me I won’t stay here again their service is too bad. in contast, with others hotels like Altawheed which is (intercontinental) and Conrad in jabal Omar.
