Definitely worth a visit if you're into Nike or sneakers in general. A very different vibe than the Niketown in NYC, and with a sig amt of real estate devoted to Nike ID customization.

It really is just a Nike store. If you're visiting Tokyo you don't need to stop by. You can purchase what you want online for a better price.
