    2 Michelin Star establishment, with great service, friendly atmosphere, great entertaining sushi chef, with world class delicate, exquisite and perfectly executed sushi and sashimi. Try the omakase.

    This 2 michelin star restaurant is a very traditional sushiya. Nothing wow but the sushi was top notch and well executed.

    The chef refused to serve foreigners Omakase lunch even though other Japanese customers are having that course. Very discriminating, not recommended at all.

    긴자에서 미슐랭스타를 가진 스시야의 쉐프중 가장 젊지 않을까. 젊고 개구장이 처럼 생긴 인상처럼 그의 요리도 경쾌하고 살짝가볍다. 샤리를 정말 맛있게 만들어주는 카네사카상은 배용준이 단골이라며 가루이자와에 그가 골프치러오면 출장가기도 한단다. 그래서인가 자리를 잘 비우는편. 점심 6천-2만엔, 저녁 2-3만엔/ 1인.

    언제부터인가 점점 스시장인이 아니라 장사꾼의 마음이 보이는건 나뿐이었을까. 가게도 자주 비우고, 맛이 좀 떨어지나했더니 아니나다를까 미슐랭가이드에서 두개였던 별을 2013년에 하나를 뙇 떼어가 버렸다. 2013년 현재 미슐랭 1스타. (그렇다고 가격을 내리진 않았다 ^^;;;; )

    저녁에는 인당 2만엔 & 3만엔짜리 코스가 있는데 만엔이나 차이날만한건 없었음요.
