Sean helped me with the death of my iPhone battery. He helped me through the grieving process all the way to the burial & saw me through recovery. Most helpful Genius Bar employee.

The wake button on my iPhone 5 stopped working. I setup an appointment and Apple replaced the phone under normal warranty in 15 minutes.

The Apple Store here is half the size of the Microsoft Store, but consistently has 2 or 3 times as many customers. Redmond can't fool the consumer.

Too big for their britches...went to the smaller Perimeter store and not only got the help i needed, but they were MUCH more friendly. These guys were into new sales, not existing customer help.
