Dont go when it's busy. The workers sometimes get mixed up and forget to put things in that you ordered. Other then that, it's wonderful!
1 person manning the register waited with 5 individuals meals in front of me, new strawberry caprese salad, then tells us no mozzarella for salad or even frontega sandwiches, disappointing!

Check your food before you leave in take out orders. They are 0 for 2 with the chicken avocado Cobb salad. No egg and cheese first time. Second time no dressing given. Ugh
The food is good but they have no concept on how to hustle when it's busy!

Apparently Sunday afternoon is training day for new personnel, 20 minutes for a hot chocolate.
Shanaaz HyderMay 15, 2011This must be one of the worst Paneras in Morris County. The staff are not very friendly, they are always out of fresh coffee and cream. The Panera on Rt10 Denville is far better.
