- Bryn Llewelyn BnBJuly 10, 2012Makes a lovely day out. The village is described at Italianate with the cottages painted different colours. The woodland walks are great, particularly in the Spring when all the Rhodos are in flower.

- The restaurant can be busy at times, but always worth it. Remember to book early
- Make sure you explore the woods behind the village and beyond the ponds. There are amazing views that few people ever bother to climb to see.
- Portmeirion has lots of secrets and stories, make sure you go beneath the surface, learn a little and explore in full, it will reward you with memories.
