The Funky Pelican at the pier is a great spot. Back deck overlooks the ocean. Pier is just around three bucks to get through the gate.

You'll get charged a few bucks for pier access, but its quite a nice view.

They charge $1.50 for just walking on the pier and $6 if you are fishing. We didn't know that until an old man came running out of the gift shop and yelled at us. Read more
