Based on our country it has very limited facility and also there are very liitle gates in number,beside there is no good resturant in here,smoke room is awfulUpvoted 3 weeks ago- There are two passport control points and baggage claim areas - pick the right one for your flight, or you'll need the help of the friendly uniformed fellows to make it to the other side.
If you are departing just try the burger land, it’s the best you can get in there 😂
Ali RezaSeptember 4, 2018I respect Turkish airlines. It has an updated multimedia and entertainment system. Boeing 737-800 was magnificent . I witnessed 3 broken suitcases including my own handle.
what is wrong with the internet here? why just 60 minutes free? all around the world offers the internet unlimited time.
Try to get to your luggage as soon as possible because here no one cares for your luggage and its safety. I'm sorry to tell that but it's better to know.
It's usually chaotic, although recently less, due to the downturns.
Small, crowded and messy,,,U may even find ur baggages on any bar delivery without any informing,,,really not deserve to be Iran's international airport,,,

It’s the biggest and most important airport in Iran and it has a huge parking lot and also on the other side of airport there is Novotel hotel that you can stay there
Airport is accessible from Tehran by Car, taxi and bus via the Tehran-Qom Freeway. An airport access road connects the freeway to the airport terminal.

Gold card holders of most airlines can use the business terminal entrance (right hand side), provided anyone's working. Stay calm and try not to think.

The gloomiest, most chaotic international airport I´ve ever been to. Except the CIP lounge which is a bit more acceptable.
Embarrassing airport. I apologize to anyone who has to use this disgrace.
Chenghao FuNovember 24, 2012The DFS at this Iranian airport probably offers the cheapest dunhill products around the globe. I bought a dunhill moneyclip here for less than $160. The same thing sells for at least $255 elsewhere.

Ali ASeptember 17, 2017Staff have become politer than be4. Some services are also now electronically done, saving time and nerves. Once you check in and hand in your luggage it can be more fun. Cafes & restaurants: average.
Man the parking is a mess. Its always full and yet im a frequent traveler. Do all ur xchanges here, rates are better. Restaurats arent appealeing at all. Looking forward to better looking airport.
JeyNovember 22, 2018If you have flight on IKA airport, do not hesitate to spend little more money fo getting services from CIP lounge, the regular terminal is so crowded and be sure you go crazy 😉
Despite its massive size, used airport area is very limited. Facilities are under-developed and untended. Very crowded and desorganized main entrance and security passes. Wi-Fi doesnt work. Try CIP.
Always need to stand in line. Recently a new branch of burger 🍔 land is opened with coffee part.

Soraya ShokraiAugust 24, 2016CIP lounge was great. They do everything for you. Horribly expensive though if it is not included in your business class ticket.- Passport control is notoriously slow, and the "Foreigners" / "Iranians" signs can't always be trusted. Make yourself visible.
I paid the travel tax so easy with the self-service payment :) lol!

Please remember to get US dollars or sterling pound. do not rely on the ATM. Iran does not recognize VISA or Mastercard or any card for that matter. Please remember to carry sufficient money.

Other than the entrance staff sexually harrasing you while entering every other thing is crappy too 😂😂
On 25th of August it took them 30 minutes to get a but to our flight, then it took them 2hrs and 15 minutes to get our luggage on the belt in this state absolute nightmare not organised at all.
