Been here 10+ times
Always packed on weekends. Expect to wait around 30 minutes on Saturday. If you're lucky they find your parcel. Else leave work during the week @4 to make it to Royal Mail before they close @5.

If you're gonna come on a Saturday come early. Otherwise bring a picnic and some tunes and make a day of it... So slow

Ignore your delivery note's advice and add at least a day onto their timetable for when you should collect your post

They lose your parcel, but at least you can waste 45 minutes of your time while they try to find it. Probably not the staff's fault, but crappy infrastructure. RM lost a tracked delivery this time.
