You can find a quiet spot overlooking the street in the tiny upstairs seating if you're lucky!

Vast choice of coffee and tea types. Take what you like and go upstairs. It's cozy, quiet and Internet there.

This was quieter than the other coffee shops I passed while walking over. There are a few additional tables in a small room upstairs.

Your average Peet's location; it could actually use some renovation. Staff of pretty friendly, so it's a decent stop for an early morning coffee and pastry

Wifi is for 1 hr per purchase. Use the 60min to set a goal if you're working here and see if you can finish. Works for me!
