GNTLMNFebruary 19, 2014First sustainably farmed sushi restaurant. The Green Machine Roll is hands down my favorite. If you like Miso Cod, theirs is great, but very rich, so save it for the last course.
Great happy hour. Sit at bar & get to know staff. Really friendly. Also, one of few bar stools that has a back!

Order any of the sashimi or nigiri that the chef recommends and sit at the sushi bar. Waygu beef burger was delicious.
