- Paul E Sunderland, United KingdomJune 12, 2013The new concorde and mezzanine level make travelling from King's Cross so much more pleasant. There are tables and chairs on the mezzanine level that are free to use without buying anything.
- This station has the most lines travelling through it on the whole network, which including: Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Northern, Piccadilly and Victoria, with a total of 8 platforms.
- Cavernous station with a long maze of tunnels. If you need lifts, make sure you check the maps - there are 12 lifts and you will need at least 3 to get to the platforms.

- When you arrive on the Eurostar, don't queue at the first underground ticket machines you find. Machines to the left of the barriers to the Met, Circle and H&C lines are always free.

- The Pentonville Road entrance is only open Monday to Friday 07:00 to 20:00. This was once the ticket office of the now disused King's Cross Thameslink railway station.

- Mikey SMay 16, 2013Most Tube stations within zones 1 to 4 have virgin WiFi. It's free for virgin customers, it just makes getting virgin media or a virgin mobile tariff more viable.
