As an Apple Store, it's always crowded. I've had mostly good experiences, but sometimes you get lost in the bustle. Go right to the iPad-toting staff for checking in.
If you have a company discount place your order online for pickup at the store. You can breeze in get your item with the discount applied and just swipe your card to pay and your on your way.
Use the Apple Store app to check yourself out. Scan barcodes, pay using apple id, show the receipt screen to get a bag on the way out of the store. Great for picking up accessories.
We went here cause my iPhone didn’t turn on, they said was a software problem they offered me a replacement for 299, We went to an other place where they changed the battery. Now it works good.
I like this store. Even on the craziest days I never have had to wait more than 10 minutes past my scheduled appt time. And when one problem can take an hour and another 5 minutes, that's scheduling.
Weekday mid-mornings and mid-afternoons are the best time to shop. Weekends are ALWAYS busy. ALWAYS. Also, shipping is free online for orders over $50.
Apple isn’t the same nobody care about what u want it s incredible bad bad attitude from people here u can stay all day long until somebody ask u something
Horrible service! There is a Asian dude at the Genius Bar that is an ass!!! I really don't understand how apple let douches like this work their clients!
Worst service I’ve ever received from Apple. Made an appointment, checked in and then ignored for 30 minutes while others walking in were helped. Save your time and shop online
Awful CS. Prepare for long waits and rigidly trained "geniuses". Unless you can't turn your phone off & on or connect to wifi, don't bother seeking help here. Ill-equipped to handle complex issues
Don't Bother trying to get your computer fixed at this store. They dont have time for customers. Steve jobs would be saddened by their customer service
