- Lee DiazJune 27, 2018This spot has a fantastic beer selection and excellent menu. But hands down, you cannot miss the Cheese Boards -- pick from a list of some amazing cheese and meat flavors to fit your palete.

- SaraOctober 12, 2014Good size cheese board with plenty of options, great cocktails, lots of beer options both draft and bottle. But not a sports bar. Only 4 small tvs and a projector they only use for special groups.
- A great cheeseboard with tons of sides, plus the option to get a solo cheeseboard or a cheeseboard and soup combo.

- Josiah David ChapmanSeptember 14, 2018Try the late night food menu! Order from the bar though, the waiter service outside is slow. Amazing beer and whiskey selection! 4/5
- Robyn HarmanSeptember 9, 2018Grab a friend to hang at this laid-back bar. Great for a Chimay on the patio. Walking distance to several restaurants for dinner afterward.
- #5 on my list of Best Hot Chocolate in Dallas— http://ow.ly/8m7vq. "Knox Chox" is hot chocolate with butterscotch schnapps. Dangerously good: the alcohol can't be tasted, but the butterscotch can.

- The Old Monk has been a go to for drinking, eating, and connecting with friends for years.
- If you are here for brunch, the biscuits and gravy are a MUST-HAVE. Can be ordered as a side with the traditional breakfast
- Our party of six finished off the bread pudding in five minutes and promptly ordered a second one. It's a good thing they serve it with spoons and not forks, or someone could have been injured.
- Kai Holdnes JorgensenMarch 13, 2013Recommend the mini burgers, absolutely awesome. Approved by a visiting Viking from Norway ;)
- Mussels are incredible! Great beer selection and the rotator changes frequently.
- Ask about their rotators and cask. These are always worth a taste, which they will provide.
- Jason MayOctober 23, 2009pay $10 for your first beer plus a pumpkin to carve while you drink it. they provide the pumpkin, tools, patterns. Feel free to have a few more beers. Excellent food, too.

- Sunday brunch! Bottomless mimosas for $15 and the biscuits with gravy is amazing
- Alicye LimaMay 28, 2019Good beers, foods for vegetarian/vegans don’t excite, few and not so taste options. The place is ok, but inside, the music is too loud.
- Toreya SheaJanuary 29, 2012You're probably there for the beer, but check out the perfect gin and tonic!
