Unmarked lines. Power outlets didn't work on one side of bus. Travel on Tuesday was very light in January. Parking lot at City Center is cash only.

Always show up early if you want a good seat. The buses rarely (never) reach on time but the always leave on time... Strange.

Early Buses, or any bus on a day with NO rush hour will get there on time. If u travel during rush hour you are guaranteed to get their at least 45min late.

Don't fret about waiting too late to buy online. If you arrive 30 minutes before scheduled departure, you should be able to nab a walk on fare no problem! Down side being it's going to be $25.

If you missed your scheduled bus or want to get an earlier bus, it's only 5 bucks extra

Don't bring drinks that aren't closable bottles. Crazy busway will not let you on with it and screams like a maniac.

Take bolt bus if you can. Megabus = terrible customer service/service in general. Take it only as a last resort.
