- The escalators take longer than you think, so plan on an extra 5 minutes to get out of the station!
- Erica GeorgeMarch 19, 2011Taking commuter rail? Remember to buy your ticket from the machine to avoid an extra fee if you buy on the train. Go out to the tracks a few minutes early, too. Handicap access on the far left.
- This station doubles as a bomb shelter since the platform is about 10 miles under street level

- For commuter rail exit gates and turn left pass machines upstairs outbound track on left outbound train comes from front of platform.

- Avoid the first car on weekends because the lazy people at Harvard stop will cram on

- Louisa RigaliFebruary 5, 2018This is the worst stop because it takes about 5 min to get down to the platform due to the depth of the tunnel!
- Deep under Cambridge, industrial, humid in the summer, cold in the winter, but it's our public transportation link.
- Watch out for the pigeons while waiting for the Rail. Always look up!
- Once in the station, use the entrances to the far left. During rush hour everyone tries to squeeze in the middle ones, failing to notice the empty ticket gates on the left.
