This outlet is my go to! I recommend visiting on a weekday. If your schedule doesn't allow, start early on a Saturday!
Usually close at 21:00 weekdays and Saturday, but close at 19:00 on Sunday. There are cafe, food court and food truck. If you're from Canada you can get tax breaks! Make sure and show your passport.
Very cheap items. Went during Labor Day and got even more discounts.
