Jeremy AnslowDecember 1, 2015Pay for parking before you leave the car! I forgot and got a fat ticket! Also don't try to walk this beach it's really soft and kinda hard to. Sit and chill, it's beautiful!

The Orange County Register's 2011 Best of Orange County voted Doheny State Beach the "Best Camp Site" for the 18th consecutive year. - This is very family friendly too.

- If you want to camp here you should call a few months in advance. The perfect rv camping spot to watch the surfers and beautiful sunsets.
- There is nothing quite as picture perfect as a walk or bike ride by the calm shores of Doheny. Great place for a BBQ in the summer!
S. J.June 8, 2012This is the grossest beach in Orange County. It's filled with homeless drifters. It's next to the LA river drain off. Ew. Go straight to San Clemente or Laguna. All the beaches there are gorgeous.
