This station is easy to navigate, although there is a lot of construction going on right now. If using the Niijima-bashi (bridge) gate, go left to the escalators, or face a mountain of endless stairs.

New exit A3B has just opened, and it looks really great! They've done a lot of work to update this station and it shows.

漢字で書くと「勝鬨」。勝鬨橋のある場所にあった「勝鬨の渡し」が由来だが、「鬨」が当用漢字に入っていなかったため交書き表記である「勝どき」が使われることとなってしまった。

本日2019/02/11より新ホーム使用開始。利用客が大幅に増えて手狭になってきたため、大門方面ホーム(2番線)を独立分離させコンコースと出口も増設された。

ビッグサイトに行くバスはA2aから出ると近い。でも朝は下り線用なので注意。

A3b出入口のエスカレーターは途中で水平（歩く歩道みたい）になる場所がほんの少しだけある。
