Great meal! Every dish was a delight. Shrimp with corn tamale was awesome, the pork tenderloin was spicy but fantastic, blue corn pancake (looks like a taco) was great! Lobster taco was good.

Mesa Grill is very hit or miss depending on what's ordered. One things for sure, Bobby Flay knows how to make a good corn tamale. Nice and sweet. Lots of tiger shrimp within.

First and foremost, the food was amazing! I don't like or eat seafood, we ordered tuna tacos knowing most likely the tuna was raw. This dish was SO good! My pork tenderloin was the best I've ever had.

Gulf shrimp tamale was amazing. Also best NY strip steak I have ever had! Don't forget to try out their tremendous selection of tequilas and fine whiskeys. I would recommend the 20 yr Rip Van Winkle

My wife and I found Mesa Grill to be a gem of a restaurant with a memorably delicious menu. They out shined all the other restaurants my wife and I visited in our 3-day visit.

Lobster tacos are a must have. They are there small and if there are two of you a fight will be had on who gets the 3rd. The most flavorful bite I've ever had.

Brunch is outstanding, but the Rough Cut Tuna Nachos are legitimately the best bite of food I've had in my life. The key: only eat them with the fluffy white corn chips, and get a caper w/every bite.

Amazing food, amazing service and a great atmosphere. Second Bobby Flay restaurant (first was Bar American in NYC)I have dined at and both experiences were great. The 16 spice chicken is amazing!

Finally a celeb chef restaurant that lives up to the hype. The pork tenderloin was perfect, and try the tamales. Even the bread was amazing!

You can easily skip the appetizers. Leave all the "hungry space" and high expectations for the burgers. We tried the mesa burger and the green chile one. Both are great!

Holy crap !! This place is crazy good. Nothing on the menu disappoints. Ask for efren at the bar. He tells you like it is and only let's you order the best on the menu.

Tucked away in Caesars Palace, the food here is excellent. Great vegetarian options and phenomenal cocktails.

Skip the steak at Joe's in Caesars Palace and head here. PERFECTLY cooked NY Strip. Don't miss the pork medallions or roasted corn side either. Amazing.

Good for quick bite an a drink. Not too pricy. We had a couple of great apps and bread at the bar. Loved the BBQ chx tacos and shrimp enchiladas.
