- Ab TOctober 6, 2016Took the tram around the gardens. $10 for adults, $5 for children. Really worth it for the guided tour and an overview of the place. After that we took a walk around and had a nice cuppa in the cafe.

- Avoid lunch hour. That's when the Gardens staff do most of their driving, mowing, sawing, clipping, and generally disturbing as many people as possible. Try earlier or later and it will be tranquil.
