JeremyJune 3, 2013I've lived in Germantown all of my life but last week was my first time going to Mellow Mushroom. We tried the Buffalo Chicken pizza + it was delicious! Also, our server Shelby was really sweet.
The red potato pizza and garlic soft pretzels!! I've never had a better pretzel before and there is absolutely no pizza I've tried that I haven't loved!!!😋
Don't be afraid to customize your order- get the hummus with a scoop of bruschetta and feta on top, BLT hoagie add avocado, holy shiitake pie add steak, the Capri sandwich with salami :)
Ed EubanksOctober 28, 2014The pizza was good, but not as good as we've had from them before. There were some snags with our appetizers, too, but they worked them out. The drunk bread balls were delicious!
The pretzels here are made with their pizza dough and they're the bomb. Get a half-order and share with a friend. Pair with a salad and you're set!

The pizza has the potential to be vegan, the majority of the employees don't know what that means. Beware. They will put chicken on your "vegan" pizza. But when they get it right, it's delicious!
Rory LedbetterJune 21, 2013Tempeh is amazing! The gluten-free pizza crust is okay. It's a little too sweet and chewy for pizza, but it does the trick.- I love the Holy Shitaki pizza. If your a serious mushroom lover, give it a try.
Best pizza: Thai dye, it has cucumber and a sweet and spicy Thai sauce.

Todd CummingsMarch 12, 2013Food is good and drinks are reasonably priced, but make sure you have a lot of time to spare. It takes quite a while for the food to come out.
Tuesday Night is $3 pint night with over 30 different beers to choose.
- Delicious and vegetarian friendly. Try the buffalo tofu pizza - it's amazing!
Tip your to-go girls. They only make server pay ($2.13)!
It's not on the menu, but mellow mushroom carries vegan friendless daiya cheese! Make sure you ask for it!
Try the garlic Parmesan pretzels as an appetizer or the honey cinnamon ones for desert.
