Cameron GidariJuly 9, 2016If youre droving on, check the ferry cam ahead of time to make sure that there isn't an overload. Traffic can back up going into the terminal, so save yourself some stress and get there early.
- Walk-ons and cyclists don’t have to pay for the return trip to Seattle. If you’re coming from Seattle, no need to bring a car. Everything you want to see is easily walkable (or bike-able).
- You can see a great view of the ferry docking from the overhead boarding tunnel in the terminal. It's amazing to see all the bicyclists ride off during the summertime as they commute back home.

Best way to get to Seattle, but expect to be at the terminal for an hour or two on Sunday afternoons.
The taxis are generally shared. It's a meet way to meet people and allows the drivers to make a fair fare .

- Don't walk down the hall until the boat is unloaded. You'll get trampled by folks getting off.
@'mark B' .. you don't need an 'iPhone' to get a ferry app. Washington state had an app for android. IPhones are not Kleenex
People come from all over the world to eat the can chowder on board.
