Nice location, I got a comfy room with a view of the Arch. Also it's near the old courthouse. Awesome gym, good option for breakfast buffet and helpful staff: things you'd expect from Hyatt.
The fine print: Walls are paper thin; so you hear everything (my neighbor woke me up at 7am using the speaker on their mobile phone). Also, BYOTP bring your own toilet paper (1-ply sandpaper... ouch!)
Phenomenally clean, up to date and everyone is insanely helpful and nice. I really am enjoying my stay here. As this is a business trip, having a great room for working sure helps.
Great Location! The hotel itself is very nice. valet is $40 and self park is $30. The self park is in the underground garage with elevators. Walking distance to the river and Arch
Very nice hotel !! It claims to be 4 stars and it would be except one thing !! It he one ply institutional toilet paper! Really not four stars go up to the 18th floor terrace great view of the arch
Located across from the Arch and Old Courthouse, great location for home base. Red Kitchen & Bar in the lobby has a great buffet breakfast and a fully stocked cocktail lounge. Great staff!
Great hotel with very accomodating staff. They even gave me a late checkout time so I could explore the city more. I wish I had a better view of the Arch ; I could only see half of it.
Hotel very nice but I would not park its parking area .They say it belongs to 3rd party and daily park cost 27plus tax for overnight 😠 which we expecting before comlimentary with your stay .
Thank you for the nice treat and decorating our room with roses. Thanks so much for upgrading our room to a suite. Our first night after the wedding was beautiful
The wi-fi/wired internet isn't free but you can use the "ATT Metro" wi-fi for free ;) Get the Arch View King room, the view/space is great! FYI, the bathroom is tiny if you're big on tubs.
The best place for food or drinks is the brewhouse in the lobby. Chris or Sander are the best bartenders. Make sure to leave them a good tip. They remember!!!
Parked our truck with a trailer all weekend for $10. Open your eyes when you walk into the bathroom, you'll see a coffee maker. Starbucks is overpriced. Booked the room on Priceline for $54 a night.
Valet parking is terrible. Called down and waited 15 minutes. Then walked down and car no where to be found. People waiting all over. Inefficiency. Waited another 15 mins at valet stand. No thanks.
A house keeper think that slick....been getting my dirty towels off the floor and folding them up for me to reuse. I no bc I have make up...different color of eye shadow...on each towel. How rude!!!!
Dirty room. Plates of nuts and dried fruit. Bellman acted sketchy and made a drug deal instead of calling the concierge. Sketchy start but hoping for the best. Go Creighton.
WiFi is $13.99 a day PER PC; Self parking is $20/day; no coffee maker in the room; lines out the door at Starbucks...Wish I hadn't used Priceline to book or I would change hotels :(
