The fried chicken is crispy and delicious.- Ma'ono's star item on the menu is the fried chicken dinner, but if you're gluten-free check out whole grilled trout served fresh with cilantro and rice. Besides the amazing fried chicken and whiskey drinks, the Kalbi ribs and Rainbow Trout are not to be missed! The sides of kimchi and spam musubi are also great!- Chef Mark Fuller offers an excellent menu at this nationally-recognized restaurant. It's okay to start with dessert - get the apple beignets first during brunch. At dinner, get the always-perfectly-cooked fish. Consistently has the perfect blend of textures and flavors.
Can't beat the fried chicken with miso corn or the musubi!
