It has beautiful views of the City. We took a regular bus to the top which was much cheaper than the tram & walked the scenic mountain path instead of the Terrace. Whole trip cost $22 :)

:) worth a visit. beautiful sight of hongkong night/day view. if you visit in winter and at night, make sure you bring some extra jacket. Its quite windy up there.

올라갈땐 센트럴에서 15번 버스를, 내려갈때 피크트램 타는것을 추천. I recommend bus 15 from central stn when you go up to the top of the peak. You can fully enjoy the scenary. Then take peak tram when you go back from the peak.

It’s better to see the amazing views in the evening when the city lights are on and there aren’t as many people.

Watch the FREE sunset from the west side of Peak Galleria for a unique view of Hong Kong island, then stroll 50m down Findlay Road (right turn btw Galleria & Tower) for a FREE crowd free viewpoint.

Hike up, or if you're feeling leisurely, take the tram up, to this quintessential tourist spot (we locals go too!) for the panoramic photo-op of Hong Kong. Grab a coffee in the mall for a sunset view.

Hongkong's local mountain. If you are looking for breathtaking 360° view over Hongkong, then you have to go here. Top sightseeing moment! Go up there by good weather to get the perfect view.

Best to visit during sunset - evening as you have the beautiful view of Hong Kong skyscrapers. It’s cold when watching during the evening so bring some jacket or coat.

On crowded days you can take the small green bus N1 to the peak. Goes every 2 minutes from the Hong Kong Park stop which is just 2 minutes walking distance from the tram entrance. Costs only 9,80$.

The views. Best to have professional take it. With additional photoshop done on the spot. (Handy with groups) skip the 6 floors of souvenir junk by taking the elevator.

Head along Lugard road for a beautiful and quiet view. Avoid the crowded Sky Terrace 438. On a busy weekend evening be prepared to walk back down, about 30mins to central.

Go at dusk time to view the awesome city lights of Hong Kong - it's not too dark to take beautiful pictures of the skyline. The lines to take the tram back may be long, so consider taking a taxi/Uber

This is the best go to spot when you are seeking a spot for spectacular views of Hong Kong. Green line minibus provides service to and from here. Another way to get up here.

Most refreshing experience of Hong Kong is a hike to and from The Peak. A nice reprieve from city life that can alleviate any stress. Just be sure to go on a nice day that is not too hot or too wet!
  • Maria Ellen L.
This was a beautiful ride, but going down you sit backwards! but it is beautiful with the lights of the city. There is usually a long line for the tram in the evening.

Get ready to pay at each stage: for the tram, to see the 360 view & for a taxi on the way down if you stay late for night sights (HK$300) or you can wait 2 hrs. Octopus cards work on tram & viewpoint.

Cool view of the skyline and harbor on north and south sides of HK island. The walk down the mountain's narrow, windy paths through a vertical jungle was amazing. A peaceful escape from the city.

Amazing view. A little overcrowded and expensive but still Nice to see. Do NOT take the tram up from the bottom. Go by bus no1. To go down, just walk 250m and go to the next (empty tram stop)

If you're a girl, I highly recommend going to the bathroom outside the peak tower (e.g. the peak gallery) BEFORE you go up. There are NO bathrooms up there and the line in the tower is massive.

Almost everyday, there's a smog over HK's sky during daytime, which makes the sky really shining. So, maybe it'd be hard to open your eyes. Much less see the sight or take a photo

Take a taxi, NOT the tram. The hike/trail around the top has great views, and nice walk. We did it with a 10,8,and 2 year old.
