- Dara FisherJune 16, 2015The Arab Quarter is a lovely place to sit and work at a coffeeshop, most of whom have pretty reliable wifi. Some good Middle Eastern food around here too!

- Cynthia DrescherApril 4, 2013Lovely area for strolling, but there's also a few super cheap hostels and one tiny shop where a man makes THE BEST hot coffee. No name to the place, but look for people sipping coffee from baggies.

- NmNovember 6, 2014Arab street at Singapore .. Honestly I didn't like it that much .. However it's worth spending couple of hours out here. To many Arabic restaurants and hookah bars are available here.

- Alta moda is great for designer silk prints you'll never find elsewhere in Singapore! If you're looking for cottons, go to liberty! Once the print is gone there is no more!!

- Parking here is horrendous but superb place with lotsa of good food options ard the area
- The best murtabak can be found at victory restaurant opossite Sultan Mosque !
