Updates to the Melbourne lounge are great. Plenty of workspace with power and USB outlets for charging laptops and gadgets. Coffee and food good.

The Virgin Australia Lounge coffee is as good as the best Melbourne cafes. Give it a go.

Nothing's too much trouble for the staff here :) Great space to work and relax before flights. Thanks Virgin Australia.- When using the sandwich press do push your sandwich to the back, leave room for others and it toasts better :)
Any VA lounge is good, I hope it goes airside once the Reno's are complete though!- They've expanded but there are no additional food stations or toilets (maybe later?) Carry your coffee and wobbly plate and minestrone for a mile to your seat, only to realise you forgot a spoon.
Probably the best domestic lounge in Australia. Free #wifi, check the bar for the password of the day.

$65 for one-off entry now, and if you're unlucky they'll make you wait until two hours prior to your flight to get in.

Worth the $35 for good food, drinks & entertainment! If you have more then ab hour to wait for your flight, i strongly suggest the Virgin Blue Lounge.- Boiled egg shortage is only temporary, supplier issues (do they mean the chickens are on strike?)

It’s often busier than the waiting lounge... I guess it must be okay if I go there though. 🤷♂️
- Have a shower if there's enough time b4 your flight. Wash away that sticky sweaty airport feeling.
If possible use a LAN cable at the desks instead of Wifi in busy periods for the Internet.
