- Great range of classes. Try Kangoo or Booiaka for something different!
- Pretty poor gym. It's ok for cardio, but the weight area is a mess. Expect to spend half your time looking for the weights you want to use...
- Poorly organised weight room. Weird layout. Rudest customers. Probably my least favourite of all the locations. Try Old Street or Bank instead.
- Paul - superb trainer in Holborn for boxing related fitness and strength.
- Bring your boxing gloves and jump rope and hit the heavy bags.
- Weights are all over the place, nice gym but poorly maintained
- Careful with the farting guy on the treadmill every afternoon. Stay away.
