Great coffee. They now do table service which is cool, but if they are busy be prepared for a bit of a wait for your order to be taken and for it to arrive. Worth the wait though.

Service has gone down hill. Just canceled our order after waiting 45mins and they haven't even started cooking. Other guests leaving and complaining too. So disappointing cos I really liked it here :(
Havana latte & warm dark chocolate brownie are amazing!
I wouldn't exactly day the staff are high in customer service, some of the other customers are as shallow as a swimming pool, just be aware ;-)
