- CITY GRITAugust 1, 2014A great location, one of the coolest hotel bars we found in the city, and a super gym which you will probably want to hit up in the morning before the feasting begins.
- Rich MondorFebruary 4, 2016Great place to stay...close to the financial district and anything you need. Great staff and bartenders! Stay here enough and once they know you its like family!
- Order a beer and ask for a free Wi-Fi password in the bar to avoid paying $14.95 a day -- and to get a beer. The code will work in your room too.
- Tim MortimerMarch 13, 2015They treat you with respect. open the door for you. The place is very technology advanced. Overall a great place to spend your time. When you're not having fun in San Francisco.Upvoted Mar 17

- Bec VaughanNovember 5, 2015Amazing how 'luxury' hotel chains think that nickel & diming you on water and wifi creates a good customer experience.
- Travelivery - Redefining the Way You Travel.January 21, 2014You'll find that this hotel is close to everything. You're within a 5 minute walk to several restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, and the Moscone Center. http://sf.travelivery.com Read more

- really luxury experience.very nice and helpful staff. sweet complimentary of fruits and wines. love it.
- This place looks modern but actually feels dated. The level of service, at best, was reasonable but nothing more and below that of other IC properties. Corner room had great views. Lounge enjoyable.
- Marina BrewerJuly 4, 2013Parking is $60 a night... Included breakfast is for 2 guests even if your reservation is for 4. Breakfast is $28 even if you're 7 years old. The pool was an afterthought very tight area with no seats.
- RexJanuary 28, 2018Although this hotel is relatively new (2008), the rooms and hallways already look very dated. Another guest was there when we checked into our room, and they offered free breakfast as an apology
- Yateema4everNovember 10, 2015It's in the downtown so you can walk any where you want😉 room service is cool but limited in food choices!
- Paola RDecember 28, 2013Fabio, a bellman, is super nice and friendly! The hotel is really nice but the parking is sooo expensive!
- Ellen McGrodySeptember 21, 2015Didn't stay at the hotel but the Grand Ballroom is a wonderful meeting space and the lobby is gorgeous.

- Isaac StevensFebruary 17, 2014Corner rooms are awesome. Floor to ceiling windows offer amazing views.
- This was the pillowcase housekeeping put on our bed. Looks like a bandage from the civil war.
- Going swimming? I think you gotta swim about 66 lengths/33 laps to get a mile out if the 25m pool. Do it!
- Tiffany KocielkoSeptember 1, 2015Great hotel! Had an amazing view of the city and was close to everything!
- Simon SageMarch 27, 2013Room keys are RIDICULOUSLY sensitive. Keep them away from your phone or the keys will be fried.
- Caroline BlackSeptember 28, 2016Request to be as far away as possible from the noisiest elevators I've ever had in a hotel.
- Francis PindarSeptember 15, 2012JC on the front desk is super helpful! Best service I have had at a hotel!
- Brian NguyenJanuary 22, 2011Ask for a room on the top floors, corner room. And try out Luce, although there are plenty of food options around.
