Best place to grab a salad. Just be warned - there's usually a line during the lunch rush. You're probably better off creating your own salad, just make sure you keep track of where your salad goes.
StacyOctober 7, 2014Got the steakhouse with the bacon Russian dressing! It takes like there is bacon in here, without the extra cals of actually putting in bacon! Added cheddar cheese cuz it doesn't come with any. Good!

order 30 minutes before you want it on seamless and then when you pick it up go straight to the cashier! saves so much time and they'll still swipe your loyalty card there!

While the line moves at a reasonable pace, be prepared to wait in line for lunch during the week.
Order online to pick up. Then you can cut the line(literally) and in 'n out less than a min:) i dont find people waiting the libe very smart!:) sorry guys:)
Go for the Santa Fe Salad! It's great! Avocado, tomato, corn, pepper jack cheese & onions! Yum :)
Very friendly when we're there on Sundays, but they frequently run out of things late in the day.

Cherry LynnAugust 9, 2010Great selection. Avoid coming here during the lunch hour rush (12pm-2pm). The line goes out the door! Go after when it's less busy. Get a frequent Chop'r card: Buy 10 salads, get one free!
Any salad made with Tex Mex Ranch dressing is to die for. Also try the low fat Spa version to save on calories. Skinny and delicious... just like you!
Justin says....Get the Mexican Chicken Caesar wrap with Mexican Caesar Dressing. They even chop up tortilla chips in this mutha fucka!
If you're going between noon and 2pm, bring something to do for the 10 or so minutes you'll be in line.
santa fe salad w/sweet+smoky chipotle vinaigrette.. YUM. i always get this when i feel like eating something healthy, although the fried onions n slathering of dressing don't help the cause. :(

The sweetest staff ever, they always smile and chat you up, like they're your best friend :D- Mexican Caesar is great. Usually a 30 minute wait at lunchtime. I suggest ordering online for pickup.
Love the steakhouse! Not sure how anything with fried onions is 370 calories but I'm not complaining!
As someone who usually eats a huge plate of roast pork for lunch, I'm shocked at how much I love this place.- Mexican Caesar wrap! Also use the Chop't rewards card. 10 salads/wraps and then a free one. Today mine was free!
First rule of Chop't: Always keep your eye on your salad. That's your one job. Just do it.
Ordering in advance is the way to go, but can still be a real mess when things get busy. Don’t be surprised if you’re waiting past your pick up time.- This is how you go to the register... slip, loyalty card and credit card at the ready. Chop't is not a place for lunchtime amateurs.

The line is very intimidating but i'm still here everyday and can be in and out in under 5-10 minutes! Love the smiley staff :-)

Another Low Carb tip: try the Mexican Caesar but pass on the tortilla chips. The Mexican Caesar dressing has a nice kick to it!

10 visits gets you a free salad. Make sure you have a loyalty card.
Wanna fit in with the crowd? Have a bitchy look on your face, wear high heels, and remember to treat the staff like garbage! Remember, you ARE better than them!
