If you like a dark beer, you can't go wrong with an Oil Change Stout. However, if it's on-tap, try the Baltic Porter instead. It's a seasonal brew, but I think it's the best thing they make, bar none!

Everything is great here! The Oil Change Stout just may be my all time avorite beer! I have to get one every time we visit.

The strawberry beer in the summer is awesome but it goes really fast so get it when you can.
Mmmm green chili chicken fingers with salsa ranch. Late night flat branch is the best with half price pizzas and apps. Great local brewery. No complaints.

After 10pm on Monday thru Thursday, their delicious assortment of pizzas are half price. A late-night snack AND tomorrow's lunch for under five bucks: best deal in town?- Seven of the eight beers Americans no longer love are AB-InBev and MillerCoors products. The other is a Pabst creation. Branch out and enjoy a great local brew!
Strawberry ale is amazing, but smoked tuna sandwich is VERY SALTY. Try not to come here during the rush hour (5:30-8:30PM). You will get better attention and service when this place is not busy.

Get the green chili with a side of tomato juice.... Or the nachos with spin dip instead of melted cheese. You're welcome.
Whatever you do, you HAVE to try the 'chokes and cheese dip with some tortilla chips.
Order anything with a side of sweet potato chips and a cold beer & you're off to a great start.- While the food here is great, you have to at least sample the beer. Going to a brewpub for the food is like going to a whorehouse to hear the piano player!

Great beer and some pretty tasty food here. The patio is very nice when it's sunny.- The crème brûlée bread pudding is awesome. Even if you don't have room you should try and fit this.
OwenJuly 30, 2012Great place with good food and home-brewed beer. Watch out for the green chili beer though; it is very very strong and not subtle at all.
They have a ton of great appetizers. My personal favorite is the pretzel twists with spinach artichoke dip... SO GOOD.
- Get the wings and sweet potato chip! Oh and for dessert, a shot of patron... It's like the size of a small child.
Get a side of chokes and cheese to dip your fries in. It'll blow your mind.

Flat Branch Pub & Brewing opened its doors on April 18, 1994 in downtown Columbia, MO. The pub gets its name from a nearby creek which was the water source for Columbia’s first settlers. The pub occupies a 1927 brick warehouse with a curved, barrel-trussed roof that was once a Hudson car dealership.
