Great location, easy access to subway..Very friendly service..Easy access to shopping area in Shinsaibashi. Very close to shopping street area.Very nice breakfast. Tasty and have a great variety.

Great location just above the subway, walking distance to Dotonbori and shopping places, nice staff, quiet hotel. No pool nor gym though.

Very convenient stay in this hotel, locate in minami district (south) of Osaka. Many shopping malls and restaurants close in this area.

My hotel is on shopping street shin-saibashi which ids around 5 Km long that's why I was bankrupted again and again here....

久々の日航大阪。3階のフランス料理、セリーナは料理、スタッフのおもてなしは素晴らしいですね。和食の弁慶はスタッフが良くない。料理の素材の説明ができないならすぐ板前さんに聞く事。普通は事前に確認してからお客様のご来店を待つのが常識。ホテルの食事がそれなりに高くても素材、調理、スタッフの笑顔等それなりにサービス料を取るなら尚更かと。残念でした、、

大阪の最高級ホテルが、まだ中之島のロイヤルホテルしかなかった頃、心斎橋のランドマークの高級ホテルとして、竣工してからはや30年。ホテル日航ブランドとしては真ん中の上。細かい所はリノベーションしてはいるが、基本的にはそのまま。ただし、ホテルとしての立地ビジネスにせよ、観光にせよ最高。

三階の弁慶で夕食。しめ鯖、金目の煮付け、秋刀魚の塩焼き。手取川の冷酒。全て安定の味でした。又宿泊します。

Tolle Lage direkt an S-Bahn . Sauber und ruhig. Alles wichtige zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tolle Restaurants direkt im Haus.

Super Lage, jede Menge Kneipen und Shops um die Ecke, sauber, ruhig, Zimmer gewohnt japanisch klein aber ok. KLASSE!

위치가 좋다! 새 건물은 아니지만 깨끗하고 지하철과 연결된 데다가 주변에 백화점/쇼핑가, 유흥가가 모두 걸어다닐만 함. 방에 보온되는 전기주전자가 있어 좋았다.

ここはメンバーはお昼12時がチェックアウトリミットなので、ゆっくりできます。宿泊回数でデザイナーズルームやスイートルームにバージョンUPも。地下鉄の駅に隣接していてアクセスも良い。

御堂筋線心斎橋駅から地下で直結してるので便利。外出から戻った時の窓からの眺めは、癒されます。
