They are absolutely Excellent in customer service:)- Impeccable service (as long as you have booked a Genius Bar appointment). Hardware fault within warranty period - got a new phone in less than 5 minutes with no fanfare or interrogation. A+ service.

Adrian on the genius bar is polite, knowledgeable and very considerate.

Freeze your credit card in an ice cream bucket and leave it at your mothers house before you enter this store. The temptations to spend up big are too huge!- Awesome customer service! They fixed my MacBook screen for free! Wow!
If you're making a Genius appointment, make sure you see JOEL and only JOEL. I don't trust anyone else in there. JOEL is da man.

Finally another employee who actually has outstanding product knowledge - look for Andrew - medium height, brown hair, dodgy beard but big smile.

Using the Apple Store EasyPay system was my latest ‘holy shit we are living in the future’ moment.

- look for a tall guy with pointy black hair called Pete. Mist knowledgable specialist there
